NIGHT LIFE LA

Almost two years in the making, this immersive installation featured darkness, a moonlit hike, and a wading pool full of living bioluminescent cells. Set in an abandoned pool perched in the hills of Griffith Park, the blue lights of tiny bioluminescent creatures lit up against the backdrop of the city. Night Life LA involved a strange and performative bureaucracy dedicated to improbable communications and the tending of delicate protozoa.
